we invite you to join the april edition of the thursday book club to celebrate the one-year anniversary of our letter-writing event, inspired by the ever-popular bistro de lettres in paris.
in collaboration with today fit, we will be doing a reading of some iconic and noteworthy letters, before each settling down to write a letter to our future self, accompanied by a wine, cocktail or tea. after the writing session, we’ll segue into light (optional) discussion and drinks. we'll have paper, pens, and a wax-stamp station onsite for the letter-writing session. you're also welcome to bring a book and enjoy some quiet reading time during the evening as well!
the first half of this event will involve quiet time, allowing writers and readers to settle down with a wine, cocktail or tea. after this quiet period, we'll segue into light (optional) discussion and drinks.
