how can i purchase books available in-store?

some books are only available on-site at our physical locations. these will be noted on individual product pages. please note: inventory may fluctuate at our physical locations.

when will my order ship?

orders are typically packed and fulfilled on wednesdays. if the shop is closed temporarily for any sourcing trips, we will notify you via email or whatsapp. if you have any urgent shipping needs, please let us know as soon as possible.

what are my shipping options?

we offer domestic shipping, SF Express (pay-by-receiver), and pick-up options. We typically use secondhand shipping materials to pack our orders.

Pick-up options are limited to book orders at the moment. If you have ordered books, you can pick them up at our next event! We hold monthly popups at common ground, and you can find our calendar of events here.

Currently we don't ship internationally, but are happy for you to get in touch for a custom shipping quotation on request.

do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please be aware when purchasing pre-loved items, there may be slight signs of wear—we endeavour to provide detailed descriptions of any minor wear or damage that we see, please see individual product listing pages for more detail or get in touch with any questions.
