Happy October! Cheers to fall, and with it, another edition of the thursday book club with our ever-popular sip and read silent book club format. We invite everyone to start with a quiet reading session, where you’re invited to join us and read individually at your leisure with a wine, cocktail or tea. After the reading session, we’ll segue into an optional group discussion where we can each share a little bit about the book we’re currently reading. All genres of books are welcome for discussion!

Date: 24 October

Time: 7 - 9 pm (doors open at 6:30pm)

Venue: Hjem, 161 Hollywood Road

Each ticket includes 1 drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase.

  • 6:30 pm: doors open
  • 7:00 - 7:45 pm: quiet reading time
  • 7:45- 8:30 pm: group sharing and discussion
  • 8:30 - 9:00 pm: open social and mingling
