can i reserve an item to pick up at your pop up?
yes, you can reserve by purchasing the item from website. we will then make sure to pack and bring your item to the event.
unfortunately, we are unable to reserve books without payment being made.
[book pop ups] do you bring all your books to physical pop ups?
no, we only bring a curated selection (around 20%) of our collection to the monthly secondhand pop up sales.
if you see a title you like, we highly recommend that you purchase online and select the in-person pick up option to make sure we pack and bring your book to the event.
do you have a physical store?
no, as a social enterprise we do not have a permanent physical location. we do have monthly pop ups primarily for book sales. check our 'happenings' page or social media to see when the our event will be taking place.

when will my order ship?
orders are typically packed and fulfilled on wednesdays. if the shop is closed temporarily for any sourcing trips, we will notify you via email or whatsapp. if you have any urgent shipping needs, please let us know as soon as possible.

what are my shipping options?
we offer domestic shipping, SF Express (pay-by-receiver), and pick-up options. We typically use secondhand shipping materials to pack our orders.
Pick-up options are limited to book orders at the moment. If you have ordered books, you can pick them up at our next event! We hold monthly popups at common ground, and you can find our calendar of events here.

do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please be aware when purchasing pre-loved items, there may be slight signs of wear—we endeavour to provide detailed descriptions of any minor wear or damage that we see, please see individual product listing pages for more detail or get in touch with any questions.
